Refund Policy

Creem is the merchant of record for Vaidova purchases. Creem processes the payment. We do not store your full card number. Refunds are returned to the original payment method.

For a one-time Basic or Pro purchase, email hello@vaidova.com within 10 days of the purchase with your order ID. You get a full refund if you are not satisfied. You do not need to give a reason. Creem, the merchant of record, returns the refund to the original payment method.

This is not a subscription. There is no renewal to cancel.

When the refund is processed, we revoke access. The session stops working, and the mistake notebook and mock history for that purchase are no longer available through the site. A refund of Pro does not leave a Basic plan behind unless you also have a separate Basic order that was not refunded.

After the 10-day window, payments are generally non-refundable, except:

• where required by law;
• if you were charged in error, including a duplicate charge;
• if we permanently remove the early-access set you paid for and we have not replaced it, in which case we refund the unused purchase;
• if a serious technical fault on our side kept you out of the drills and we could not fix it within a reasonable time.

If you are a consumer in the EU, EEA, UK, Switzerland or another country with mandatory consumer protections, those rights apply in addition to this policy. Where they give you more protection, they apply.

Once approved, the refund goes back to the original payment method. Your bank or card issuer may take several business days to show the credit.

Email hello@vaidova.com before disputing a charge with your bank. A dispute is recorded on the order. We can usually resolve a refund faster than a chargeback.
